About Allie

I am looking for a family to work for on Fridays and or Weekends! At the moment I work at a high school in their special education department. I do also have experience supporting adults with disabilities in their daily life, a bit of nannying, and a semester in Hungary learning about preschool education! I believe that communication is important, especially when working with children. I try to be very clear in my communication, as to leave as little space for miscommunication as possible. If an issue were to arise, you will hear about it either immediately through text (if the issue is big enough to warrant immediate attention) or in person after the child's guardian returns home. In my semester studying preschool education, I learned a lot about how children learn through, gross and fine motor, social emotional, and cognitive skills. I will look for activities to do with your child with these key arias of development in mind! I look forward to hearing back from you!
