About Allie

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, responsible, and creative. I like working with kids because I am able to have fun with them! I love playing games to grab their attention and going outside to enjoy the fresh air. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. As someone who loves to serve in the church I have always been drawn to taking care of children. From toddlers to teens, I have taught, lead, and mentored all ages. I also have experience with infants on a personal level by being an in home nanny to provide support for new mothers. One thing you should know about me is I absolutely love what I do and love being able to serve others well. I enjoy going at the parent's pace and always try to meet their expectations with behavior, activities, and care. I am a great communicator that updates parents regularly and always puts the children first. My skills include great communication, kindness, and attentiveness.
