About Allie

My name is Allie, but most just call me Nikki. I've been legally disabled since 2018, but nothing that keeps me from ensuring kids' safety and happiness. I've been around kids since I was old enough to babysit. I've worked in daycares and an ABA clinic. I know CPR, first aid, and am a registered behavior therapist. I am never without something for the kids to do. Crafts, books, coloring supplies, fidget toys, I've even been known to bring games and teach kids to cook. I'm looking for a job that lets me be me. I can be a little crazy if I feel like the kids are enjoying the crazy fun, you know, being silly. But I'm also not afraid to lay down ground rules and be honest with the kids if they ask questions. I have some mobility limitations.
