About Allena

Hi! I'm Lena, a student studying Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Early Childhood Education. I absolutely love working with kids and hope to continue supporting children and families in my future career after graduation! I have 5+ years of experience working with children as a babysitter, nanny, teacher's aide, and childcare volunteer. I also hold an active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. I would describe myself as kind, bubbly, outgoing, and someone who loves creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids can learn, laugh, and be themselves. Whether we're doing crafts, playing outside, helping with homework, or having a dance party in the living room, I always bring patience, energy, and care to every family I work with. Safety and fun are always my top priorities, and I love helping children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn and grow!
