Hi! My name is Allem. I was born in Ethiopia and came to the U. S. at age 9. I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Marketing, but caregiving has always been a true calling for me. I discovered my passion while caring for my grandfather, and for the past 6+ years I've supported individuals with special needs, including autism, developmental delays, mobility challenges, stroke recovery, and disabilities that require patience and structure. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and supportive environment while encouraging independence and making daily routines easier. I'm a proud father of two young children, and my family inspires me to bring kindness, respect, and reliability to every family I support.
