Hello!! My name is Allee:) I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the UOF, I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician, I have a decade of experience in child care ministries, and I've worked as a nanny over the last 3 years as a nanny for various families. I would describe my approach as energetic, empathetic, and child-centered. I enjoy being active and hands-on, whether that involves swimming, outdoor play, or organized crafts. I place a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport so that support feels organic and empowering rather than directive. I am also mindful of family dynamics and household needs. I am seeking a role where I can provide consistent, high-quality support, and I am available for weekend hours and weekday flexibility depending on scheduling needs.
