About Allana

Formerly a lead teacher and site coordinator for a childcare facility, leading over 30 kids at a time, my passion is helping children thrive. I'm a creative, friendly, and energetic caregiver with over five years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I am comfortable caring for up to 10 children. I enjoy playing all sorts of games, from outdoor sports to board games, and am happy to let children lead while also guiding them when needed. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules that parents see fit. I communicate with parents through verbal updates and regular texts, always following your preferred method. I have some college education (CDA: Childhood development associates) and hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I also have five children myself. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and experience to your family and creating a fun, supportive environment for your children.
