Alize is great to have as a nanny; always helpful, enthusiastic, and hardworking. She’s creative, loves organizing, follows directions well, and respects house rules without ever causing conflict. I love that she worked with my schedule, very flexible! However, she recently went MIA and hasn’t responded in weeks, which is unexpected. Overall, Alize brought a lot of value to our home and I truly hope everything is okay on her end. And with improved communication, she has great potential!
