About Aliza

My name is Aliza, and I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with several years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with autism and developmental needs. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience providing one-on-one support in home, clinic, and educational settings, including ABA therapy, behavior support, skill development, and daily routines. I have worked as an RBT, teacher assistant, after-school care teacher, daycare teacher, and tutor, which has helped me become patient, adaptable, and attentive to each child's individual needs. I am CPR certified, safety-focused, and committed to creating a positive, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel supported, understood, and confident.
