About Aliyah

I have five younger siblings, so I've been providing childcare since my early teens. I started babysitting for other families around 2018, and I've been nannying and babysitting more frequently since around 2021. I worked as an art instructor at a summer camp in 2024, supervising up to 15 children at a time. My skills include facilitating creativity in children through engaging arts and crafts activities, conflict resolution, and fostering a fun and welcoming environment. In my spare time, I like to paint, draw, read, and walk through the woods. I have two bachelor's degrees (one Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art- painting/ceramics, and one Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies- analysis/ethnography). I utilize my artistic background a lot in my childcare services, encouraging kids to explore and express themselves creatively.
