About Aliyah

Currently, I am a substitute teacher in Guilford County. I have been working with grades k-8th comfortably and at risk-youth over the summers at a non-profit organization. Previously, throughout my undergrad I was a nanny for 2 children and decided that while I pursue my masters I will try it out again! Outside of work, I enjoy getting outside in nature and often take my dog to the park. One thing that I prioritize is my mental well-being - with grad school and working full time. I aim to show up as my best self for the students I care for and hopefully your children! Through this site, I hope to find a flexible family that understands my needs as a student and in return, I aim to give the best care that I possibly can.
