I'd describe my personality as dedicated, fun and positive. I like working with kids because they are creative and imaginative, and I love being able to contribute to their development with fun and educational projects and activities. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue to work with children while still having the flexibility for my schedule. I started working with children around 2011 when my brother was born. I was his caretaker at 19 yrs old, while our mother worked full time. In 2019 I began working as a teacher's assistant at a Montessori school. In my spare time, I like to paint, explore outdoors, and attend fun community events. I was raised to be respectful and accepting of all beings, I am courteous and mindful, and it brings me joy to be able to provide children with a happy, safe but fun environment. My skills include listening to a child to understand their feelings and actions, patience with all children, and making children feel comfortable and happy.
