If I could give ten stars I would! We hired Ali to care for our baby from about 4-8 months old. The only reason we no longer employ Ali is because we moved cross country. As a first-time mom, I felt super supported and comfortable leaving my baby in Ali's care as we navigated the ever-evolving nap schedule and our baby's first sickness. She tracked naps, feeds, and diapers and gave a detailed update at the end of every day. Ali was sweet, loving, and engaging with our baby, as well as extremely reliable; she would text ahead if she thought she might even be one minute late. We found her flexible schedule, ability to take direction, and sweet, confident demeanor absolutely perfect for our family. We will miss her!
