About Alissa

I am passionate about creating a fun, creative and engaged environment for kiddos to explore and express themselves freely, while simultaneously creating clear structure and safety. I have multiple years (10+) of childcare experience in a variety of settings. I have worked with all ages ranging from 1yrs old to teenagers. I also enjoy doing light house cleaning, housesitting/pet care, so I am very comfortable with animals and various household tasks. I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University, with the long term goal of becoming a therapist. I'm very responsible, emotionally attuned, warm, kind, passionate, energetic and value direct communication. I am a certified Wilderness First Responder, which means that I am certified in First Aid and CPR. My current availability is Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with flexible hours on any of those given days.
