About Alissa

Hello! I have experience as a nanny here in the Allentown area and also the Boston area. I lived there while earning my Master's degree in Child Development. I love playing and developing age-appropriate activities! Singing and dancing are two of my favorite things, especially because they are wonderful for language development. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient and easy-going. Children remind us to be mindful. They are also very honest with their feelings. I want parents to know their children are well taken care of and can feel peaceful while they are out of the home. I started working with kids when I was 18. I was a young toddler teacher at an early learning center. In my spare time, I like to write, listen to music and dance. One thing you should know about me is I love being an Aunt to my nieces and nephews. We have a huge sleepover every year. My skills include planning age-appropriate sensory activities and listening to a child's needs.
