Hi, My name is Ali, and I'm looking to connect with families who need a dependable, bubbly, and engaging babysitter. I'm extremely outgoing with a natural caregiving instinct, and I genuinely love being around kids. Montessori-inspired approach: outdoor time, play-based learning, creativity, independence, and emotional expression through play. I am a full-time barista so I am seeking part-time/date night babysitting! 5+ years experience in therapeutic/childcare settings: animal therapy farm, childcare center (6mo-9yrs), SEL volunteering, and Care Coordinator at Compass Health supporting youth 3-16. I hold a BS in Psychology & BA in Sociology (WWU). Planning to pursue a master's in counseling to work with youth! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, curious, and friendly! In my spare time, I love doing anything health and wellness related! I absolutely love to cook (especially Asian cuisine), workout, craft, yoga, and write.
