I have 25 years experience with my own children and as a Nanny. My youngest is now 24 and all are successfully happy in their adult lives. I feel like I can handle just about anything when it comes to infants and children and even teenagers. I have experience with feeding issues and food allergies. You name it. I've probably dealt with it. I love children of all ages. They say people prefer children at a certain age, but I haven't found that to be the case. They are wondrous to me from day one to launch. We scheduled a phone interview with Allison twice and she failed to show. No apologies, she said she was I shopping in Costco and forgot the time. Second time it was a technical problem, she didn’t charge her iPad and she didn’t have password.
