Alison is great with kids. She is someone who gets down on their level and really talks and listens to them. She is good at picking up on their interests and getting them to open up. She is a grown up who also feels like a friend! I love how much my children laugh and smile around her. In addition, I trust her in my home and to be alone with my children. I have no worries about their safety or that they are being looked after well. Alison is great at communication before and during her time babysitting and has always been dependable. I highly recommend her!
