Most recently, I've been caring for a toddler in the afternoons/evenings for the past 4 years. The parents had a baby and grandma will be staying with them, so they won't be using me except for occasional afternoons. My rate $25/hr. She has also been a huge help with evening routines like dinner, bath time, and bedtime, which has made a meaningful difference for our family. She is patient and calm, but also firm in a way that reinforces respect and boundaries. She handles challenging moments with composure and care. Beyond childcare, she is reliable, punctual, and flexible, and often helps with light cleanup and dishes. We trust her completely and feel very lucky to have her.
