Ali has worked for us for 4 years now and it has been the most amazing experience. She started as a nanny for us, but very quickly became family. Our youngest son has been in her care since he was 4 months old, and she is practically a second mom to him. I have never once had to worry about my children's care while she watched them, as she treated them as if they were her own. She has vacationed with us, house sat for our animals, and will absolutely always be in our lives. She's now like a sister to me, an aunt to my kids, and just family. I would recommend her to anyone looking for child care. We call her Mary Poppins, and she truly lives up to the name!
