After meeting Ally she seemed like a perfect fit for our families needs. We scheduled a few days to get to know our children before her start date. A hourly rate was agreed upon and seemed like everything would be great. The first scheduled day she texted stating “ car trouble” she needed to be towed for a flat and couldn’t make it. The next day she was supposed to come she just no call no text no show. She didn’t even have the common decency to notify us she couldn’t/wouldn’t be able to help us with our nanny needs. This set us back weeks now to find a nanny. I’m surprised with the complete lack of professionalism. Please beware of her. If it happened to me it could happen to you. What a shame
