We worked with Allison for 7 months. She took care of our son between 4months - 11 months. She did a good job taking care of him making sure that he took solid long naps and ate his food and changed his diapers and also helped him learn how to crawl and walk. Our son enjoys being with her. Alison was flexible with the early hours we needed her and also helped out with some light household chores during baby's naps (baby laundry, veggie chopping for our dinner, kitchen laundry). She was good about logging details in the baby app. She is direct and straightforward in communication. Would recommend!
