I have more than 26 years of hands-on healthcare and caregiving experience, with extensive experience caring for seniors with dementia and memory-related needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, with additional experience as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, I'm comfortable providing both the day-to-day support and the patience and flexibility that senior care often requires. I'm experienced with dementia-related behaviors, redirection and changing routines Communication with family is a priority for me. I provide regular updates and make sure families are aware of changes or concerns as they happen. I'm available for ongoing private-duty care, respite or weekend coverage, overnight care, and private sitting for loved ones in assisted living or other care facilities.
