About Alison

Hi, I'm Alison! Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I'm bilingual, being Spanish my native language. I have a Bachelors in Music Education which allows me to assist with topics like Music & Drama, providing instruction for students ranging from elementary to college levels. I believe in fostering a love for learning by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and real-world applications. By actively listening and adapting my methods-whether through visual aids or interactive discussions-I help you build the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with both students and families to ensure we are always working toward your specific goals. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult topic finally clicks. I look forward to supporting your academic journey and helping you celebrate every milestone along the way.
