About Alison

I've been providing care on a personal and professional level most of my life. I've worked as a Caregiver and Direct Support Professional for close to 10 years before moving into administrative roles in related fields. Some positions I've held include Case Manager for a local home care agency, Talent Acquisition and Compliance Manager with a nationwide and award winning home care agency, Director of Senior Services caring for aging individuals living with Alzheimer's/Dementia. I currently work as the Training and Development Specialist at an organization that provides residential and employment services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
