About Alison

We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have Alison with our family for the past two years, caring for both our children (now ages 3 and 1, the youngest since birth). She is everything you could hope for in a caregiver: calm, dependable, and wonderfully low-key. There has never been an ounce of drama, only steady, consistent support that makes our home run smoothly. Alison is extremely responsible and reliable, always on time (or early!), and communicates clearly and respectfully. With our kids, she is endlessly patient, teaching and guiding them through the toddler years with kindness and creativity. She engages them in learning and play, always at their level, while also maintaining structure and consistency. On top of her wonderful care, Alison is tidy, organized, and proactive; she notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without being asked. More than just a nanny, she has truly become a partner to us as we raise our girls. We feel like a united team, working together to give our children the best possible start in life. Our home always feels cared for when she’s around, and our kids light up when she walks in the door. We truly cannot recommend Alison highly enough. She has become an important part of our family, and any family would be lucky to have her.
