I'm very much adept with proper handling of breast milk, baby wearing, potty learning, twins, allergies, and more. I will make sure your home is left cleaner than when I arrived. Alison is amazing. She was our nanny for our 15 mo wild and spirited daughter and 2 yo misbehaving puppy. I would come home from work to a happy baby and puppy every day - Both clean, well fed, we rested and well exercised. And as an added bonus, my house would be cleaner and more organized than when I left! Alison is dependable, consistently available, professional and very punctual. She really focuses on interactive play and learning and helped my daughter to start communicating through sign language, which really improved the temper tantrums. I would hire Alison again in a heartbeat - our jobs just changed and we no longer needed help. She is a dream nanny with a ton of experience, patience, organization and love.
