I am a mother and a nanny with 13 years and plus professional experience. I love little children and I take care of them as my very own. I love singing to them and playing with them. I enjoy reading, singing, scrap booking, bowling, movies, tennis, bike riding, and playing at park. I was a professional parent housing foster children with disabilities for about 10 years for all different ages and absolutely loved the experience. I am very reliable, dependable, loving, honest, trustworthy and easy to talk to and always go the extra miles to help anyone to get the job done. Lots of experience with newborns, twins and premature babies. I also do sleep training with your little ones by the time they reach 4 months so he or she can be ready to sleep all night depending on their weight.

Alisi was a godsend for our family. I interviewed many night nannies but picked Alisi because she had a wonderful warmth that reminded me of my aunt. 

She looked after our baby from the day we came home from the hospital until he was nearly four months old. She took care of him like her own, and he was always so happy in the morning. She was also a huge help in maintaining a daily schedule. Thanks to her guidance, our son was waking up just twice a night by the time she left.

Unexpectedly, she even got our 5-year-old a night light and convinced him to sleep in his own room all night! We recommend Alisi without any hesitation and in a heartbeat.

We had the good fortune of finding Alisi to be night nanny for our newborn for 4 weeks (from the time our boy was 3 weeks old). We were extremely happy with the care she provides us and the baby.  On the nights she would arrive, my wife and I would go to sleep with peace of mind knowing that our baby is in good hands and wake up well-rested and happy. 

She was very experienced, careful, and passionate about this job. She always came 15 mins early, was well prepared for baby's feeding/diaper schedule. She also carefully reported the events of the night (ups/downs) and hints/suggestions to us via text messages every morning. On multiple occasions we bought the devices (bottle warmer)/ or employed routines she suggested and observed that what she had said simply worked better!

Highly recommend her to anybody expecting a newborn.


Alisi was our night nanny for our twins ( boy and girl) for about 4 months . She was always on time ( infact always a little early to know about the day ) , helped figure out babies needs , helped cultivate good sleeping habits and schedule. She is very knowledgeable, honest and as first time parents she helped us not only with a good night time routine  but also gave us lots of tips on gassy baby , safe sleeping and maintaining their schedule during the day , as well as with developmental milestones. She  would give us a detailed night time report every morning. She is trustworthy and we would hire her again without a doubt. Twins can be overwhelming, but alisi helped us make it manageable and also we got the much needed night time rest only because of her. She truly cares about every kid she works with . We are very grateful to her. 

Alisi watched our 6 month old twin girls for multiple weeks. She is so full of knowledge and very professional. She's punctual with time (always early) and is a very good communicator. 

She really put my husband and I to ease and I felt confident in her expertise.

She even helped sleep train my girls. Our one twin who was a difficult sleeper started to sleep through the night. Alisi felt more like family and we are ever so grateful to have met her and have her care for the twins. 

I recommend Alisi to any one looking for a night nanny. She truly is a gem. I wish I had met her sooner when the girls were born. We definitely will be hiring her again for those nights we need the extra help or just need a night out.

Alisi took care of our little girl from when she was 2 days old. 
Alisi is a very knowledgeable, trust worthy and empathetic care giver. 
She was with us for 3 months and there was never a night where Alisi was late, she used to come in 15 minutes early ask about our day, the baby's day and tell her about hers. Her communication is top notch, and every night she left us a report on how the baby did. 

While she was here, she taught us a lot of tricks that helped us get into a routine with the baby.
We miss Alisi, think of her often and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Alisi coached us to be better parents - pointing out key mistakes we are making and getting us to cultivate better habits that are beneficial for the baby. Having been a mother of a large family and raised several children successfully, she has a wealth of experience to draw from and we felt our interactions with her were mostly teaching moments for us.

Alisi is punctual to the dot. For the seven odd months she was with us, she was not late a single day and never took time off. She was absolutely dependable and was home at least 10 minutes early to discuss the baby's day.

Alisi was our night nanny for 2 months since our baby was born. She is very responsible, always arrives early, very experienced and professional, and you can tell that she loves babies. I can't say enough good things about Alisi. As a new Mom who didn't know much about babies, I truly valued how much Alisi taught me that equipped me to be a Mom. Being first time parents and being presented with the wonderful challenge of raising twins, Alisi's help and guidance was crucial for us not only for the night but also for our babies' daytime care. She loves kids and somehow strikes a special bond with them. Her calming, cheerful presence is wonderful to have around - and the babies responded really well to that. Alisi took care of our daughter from ages 6 to 13 months.  She was a wonderful caregiver and our baby girl was always so happy to see her in the morning that she would bounce up and down!  She read, played music, took walks, and played with our girl. She is experienced with infant care, which is great.  She also did light housekeeping, which was a big help - we would always come home to a clean kitchen, empty dishwasher, and folded laundry.  I recommend her highly.

Alisi is fantastic! She was our daughters night nurse from day 1 home from the hospital until just over 4 months.  She made the first four months so much easier and happier for our family.  She is always on time (even a few minutes early), is so knowledgeable about babies, easy to be with and loves kids.  She is the perfect person to help new families.  We had no idea what to expect when we first came home from the hospital and she really helped us through everything - breastfeeding, baby gas, feedings, sleeping. Alisi worked as our night time nanny and we are so grateful for all her help and guidance. As soon as we started working with Alisi, we immediately noticed her professionalism, wealth of wisdom and ability to connect with infants. 

From the first time that Alisi came to our house, we noticed that she exudes a constant aura of calmness. It?s amazing to see how she is able to naturally calm not just a crying baby but the parents as well. Moreover, she is extremely thoughtful and treated us like family. When she came back from Hawaii for a short family vacation, she brought back all kinds of local presents not only for our baby but for the rest of our family as well. She brought back an ukulele for our baby and even articles of clothing that she personally sewed. The babies loved her immediately - she's always smiling and happy; very caring and thoughtful; kind and generous; plays the ukulele :); is calm; and has a wealth of insight, knowledge and care / product advise (which I can't tell you how incredible that has been - from the best feeding chairs to comfort blankets) from her many years of experience in working with babies, particularly (in our case) with twins.

Alisi was instrumental in us getting a consistent feeding and resting schedule for the babies, which means that we get rest too!  That's always a good thing!

We're now moving state.  We've tried talking Alisi into moving with us (and even got her husband on board) but it can't work for her so she's now seeking a new home to care for.  I highly recommend Alisi.  She quickly became a part of our family and we are so upset to be losing her.

Alisi is an incredible nanny. She has a wealth of experience and applies it lovingly and generously to her charges. Our daughter did not nap for more than 30-45 minutes when Alisi started with us, and that quickly changed under Alisi's watchful eye! As a first time mother, I did not appreciate how important those day time naps were to the quality of nighttime sleep! What a blessing! She was also wonderful when our daughter transitioned to solids. She made homemade baby food for us, so that we could feed our baby the nutritious and wholesome food that best suited our family. We also took full advantage of Alisi's flexibility with time and scheduling. We travel quite a bit for work, and our schedule often changed and Alisi worked with our schedule without any problems. Our daughter clearly loves Alisi, and i can't imagine entrusting our child to a better caregiver.
