I cannot recommend Alisha enough. She has been helping us since my daughter was 4 months old (now 21 months), and the bond they have is beyond special. My daughter warmed up to her immediately. So much so, that I’m able to leave the room immediately knowing she’s happy and excited to be with her. She is super reliable and has stepped in for us numerous times at last minute notice, even bringing over a favorite toy of her son’s just to help my daughter feel calm. She’s a natural with kids. Simply a gem. Any family would be lucky to have her!
