About Alisha

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, attentive, and light hearted. I've always enjoyed being around children because it reminds me of when I was little and when I was able to be a part of raising my three siblings, it made me feel whole. Having the opportunity to be a positive influence on children is fun for me and leaves me feeling that I have accomplished something bigger aside for just myself. I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old as a nanny for my neighborhood families, helping my mother raise all 3 of my younger siblings, and babysitting my cousin who is now 11. I help him with his homework, pick him up from school and I love spending time with him. In my spare time, I like to spend time in nature (hiking/backpacking), and work on my art projects and photography. One thing you should know about me is I am a very loyal and honest person. I pay close attention to detail and am always considering the safety and wellbeing of others.
