I can't recommend Alisha enough -f you get the chance to hire her, you absolutely should, you're lucky! She acted as a newborn specialist/night nanny for us after a severe PPD/PPA diagnosis. I can honestly say she helped me become a mother. Knowing she was with our son while I was sleeping let me practice saying 'I'm doing the best I can right now because he's safe with Alisha' and gave my brain the rest it needed to get back to 'normal'. She was always on time, incredibly gentle, caring, and loving towards our son, and always willing to go the extra mile to be helpful before leaving in the morning. Additionally, her experience and our discussions when she came each night helped me learn so much about our son, and she worked with him on improving his sleep habits (independent sleep for the win!).
