Hi! My name is Alisha! I'm a compassionate, patient, and dependable person who truly enjoys helping others. I currently work as a Resident Care Associate (RCA), where I have the opportunity to care for residents and support their daily needs. I understand how important it is for seniors to feel respected, comfortable, safe, and valued. I'm happy to provide companionship, help with everyday tasks, light housekeeping, and errands.
