About Alisha

I like working with kids because they are interesting and fun and so intelligent I love the way their minds work and process at times it feels as if I learn more from them than they have from me. I'm looking for a job that has quality hours and that can give me a new experience and in bettering my skills as a childcare provider. I started working with kids back in 2020 working in daycares and afterschool programs and haven't left the childcare field since. In my spare time, I like to read and go to museums and the aquarium and exploring the city! One thing you should know about me is I am very patient and kind and have had multiple years of experience caring for children as a site director for an after school program in an elementary school. My skills include patience, communication skills and perseverance I feel as if these qualities are what works for kids the most I always try my best to never give up on a child and giving it my all.
