About Alisha

Hi! I'm Alisha, a mom of two boys (10 & 12) with 20+ years of childcare experience. I hold a BA in Early Childhood Education and an MA in Clinical Psychology, which shaped my approach to nurturing kids with insight and care. I've taught infants through 3rd grade, worked with teen moms, and led classrooms focused on learning through play, structure, and emotional support. I'm warm, joyful, and deeply committed to helping children feel seen and supported. I'm currently seeking part-time or as-needed positions, ideally with infants or toddlers, and have flexible availability, especially in summer. While I have my own business and am working on a project in mental health, childcare remains a true passion and a beautiful way to stay connected to what I love.
