About Alisha

Hi! I'm Alisha, a UCLA student with a deep passion for working with kids and creating fun, supportive environments where they feel safe, heard, and encouraged to grow. Over the past 4 years, I've worked with children of all ages, from energetic TK students in classroom settings to elementary schoolers in STEM workshops. I bring a patient, creative, and organized approach to childcare. Whether it's helping with routines, planning engaging activities, or simply being a positive role model, I always aim to meet kids where they are and build trust through kindness and consistency. I'm comfortable managing groups, supporting individual needs, and communicating openly with both kids and parents. Caring for children is something I truly enjoy, and I take pride in being someone they can feel comfortable with and excited to spend time around.
