With three years of experience, I'm a Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My calm and patient nature helps me create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
