I would seriously hire Alisa as our nanny if I could because she is VERY attentive, reliable, flexible, and is wonderful with my 3 kids!! She really tries to do whatever it takes to make you happy. My kids honestly loved her and looked forward to seeing her again when she would leave for the night. I highly recommend her and hope one day I can hire her again!
