Our son looks forward to our monthly date nights because he gets to spend time with Alisa, who actively engages with him through creative play, whether that's playing hours of cars or LEGO, drawing, doing puzzles and board games, or reading a ZILLION books. She goes the extra mile and brings the occasional little treat - a box of cool pencils, a LEGO twister - and always shares delightful little anecdotes at the end of the night when we return home and he's asleep. She's an absolute GEM of a babysitter and we trust her completely to watch our kid.
