About Alisa

I'd describe my personality as loving, joyful, peaceful I like tutoring because I like to teach & learn new things daily, create, laugh, have fun. Caring for children is my chosen profession to make a positive impact. I'm looking for a job to care and teach kids to make summer days with children full of purpose- learning, playing outside, visiting places of interest, reading, creating. I started tutoring when volunteering as a teacher at church, then private ESL teaching for families, substitute teaching and being hired as k6 teacher. In my spare time, I like to hike, care pets, garden, draw. One thing you should know about me is I care to hear the values that matter to a family to determine a good fit. My skills include sharing teachable moments & activities, communication, physical stamina.
