I'm an experienced, mature, trustworthy, dependable, fun loving special needs nanny who has cared for 2 Autistic boys for the past 5 years. In addition to my hands-on experience, I also attended Connect-To-Talk in Madison with the boys and sat in on many sessions with them with their ABA & Speech Therapists to learn and apply the treatment plans to help reach their set goals. I have strived to provide the best experience for kids in their formative years promoting good behavior using positive reinforcement, cuddles, quiet time etc. I keep kids stimulated by playing age appropriate activities from reading, coloring, play-dates along with duties as toilet training. I act as liaise between parents & teachers as well manage the household smoothly from homework to housework, running chores to doctor appts. My goal is to ensure both physical & emotional needs for the child are met as well as develop a personal loving relationship with them. I live in Essex.
