I have 15 years experience as a mature, trustworthy, dependable, fun-loving nanny whose searching for a long term nanny position to grow with both children and family. For the past 10 years I cared for 3 boys starting in diapers at 2, 3 & 7. Prior 5 years I cared for 2 Autistic boys, whom I grown to love as my own. I have strived to provide the best experience for kids in their formative years promoting good behavior using positive reinforcement, cuddles, quiet time etc. I keep kids stimulated by playing & engaging in age appropriate activities from reading, coloring, play-dates along with duties as toilet training. I act as a liaise with parents reporting children's progress and adequately manage the household smoothly with naps, school pickup, errands, laundry and doctor apts. I'm comfortable with pets . My goal is to ensure both physical, emotional & safety needs for the child is met. Looking for a family who values reliability, expertise and build a long term relationship with.
