About Alisa A

Hi! My name is Alisa , and I am a graduate student in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's program. I have been working with kids in some capacity most of my life. I have worked at an early childhood daycare for two summers before becoming a volunteer camp counselor for the past four years. I have also been an Inclusion Specialist and Lead for the before and after school program at a Kindergarten and Elementary school. My role as an Inclusion Specialist involved overseeing the well-being of the children in the program with behavior disorders and special needs, as well as supervising our team as the Lead. I have volunteered in several capacities that has given me a wide variety of experience care-taking children, such as babysitting and coaching young children, as well as many other community service and volunteer roles. In addition, I have been CPR, First-Aid, and Lifeguard certified three times in the past five years.
