The positive impact I had on those children and the support I provided to their families solidified my desire to pursue a career in childcare. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to engage children in various activities that their development and bring joy to their day. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing daily written reports and ensuring regular verbal communication at pickup. I firmly believe in respecting and following the household set by the parents, as I understand the importance of consistency in a child's life.
