An Exceptional Nanny – Highly Recommend Aline! Aline has been an absolute blessing to our family, caring for our daughter full-time for the past 11 months, from 9 month-old until 20-month-old. We can't recommend her enough. Our daughter absolutely loves Aline, Aline was there for so many milestones, teaching her how to walk, how to flip, and helping her learn many new words. Caring, Energetic, and Knowledgeable Aline genuinely loves children. She has a natural bond to kids, and she knows how to keep my daughter engaged while gently teaching her good habits. We've noticed her attention to detail in our daughter's care; under her care, our daughter barely had any diaper rash / droop rash, as a result of her diligently changing diapers / bibs and clean and dry her each time. As an athlete herself, Aline is wonderfully energetic and fit. She easily keeps up with our active toddler. Our daughter has always been over 99% weight and over 30 pounds now, Aline handles her weight effortlessly. Aline is also knowledgeable about childcare, both from her real-life experience as well as continued reading/education. She respects our opinions as parents and follows our instructions closely, but she's also given us invaluable advice on everything from soothing teething pain to establishing great sleeping routine, helping with baby’s bowel movements and many else. Her insights have been so helpful for us as parents. Organized, Efficient, and Trustworthy We were immediately impressed by Aline's organization and attention to detail. When she first started, we only had to show her things once, and she quickly picked up on our routines within a week, making everything incredibly efficient. Beyond just playing with our daughter, Aline manages all baby-related tasks seamlessly when our daughter is asleep. This includes washing bottles, cleaning toys, doing laundry for her clothes and bedding, keeping our daughter's space clean and organized. She also bathes our daughter everyday. Aline's cooking skills are also exceptional. She started with us when our daughter was just beginning to eat purees, and now our daughter eats regular adult food. Aline has been great at cooking for her through all stages, introducing several major evolutions of food to cater to our daughter's growing needs and helping her transition. My daughter loves the food she cooks, and Aline always follows our instructions closely (e.g., adhering to a low-sodium diet). A huge bonus is that she often prepares food for our daughter for the weekend, which is a lifesaver for us as working parents, allowing us more time to focus on our daughter instead of housework. Engaging Activities and Excellent Communication Aline ensures our daughter has a rich and stimulating day. She takes her to a variety of activities like the library, story time, "Little Gym" classes, and park playgrounds. Aline has also been instrumental in teaching our daughter how to swim. When our daughter was under a year old, at home we set up an inflatable pool at home where Aline put fresh water and taught our daughter to swim, and she also did the clean up every day in the summer. After our daughter turned 15 months old, Aline took her to a weekly swimming class, and our daughter really loves it. She organizes the day so well that our daughter is always busy, gets plenty of outdoor time, and sleeps soundly at night. We love the great pictures she sends us of our daughter playing throughout the day. We also hear praise from other parents several times at the library or gym who happened to observe Aline with our daughter. They consistently commend her for being so loving, caring, fully engaged, and attentive to our daughter's needs. Communication with Aline is always clear and proactive. She is incredibly punctual and has been wonderfully flexible in accommodating our hours whenever we've needed it. By the way, Aline is incredibly good at doing our daughter's hair, making the cutest styles every day! A True Partner for Working Parents As working parents, Aline has been a true "liberating enabler." She allows us to focus completely on work during the day, knowing our daughter is in the safest and most capable hands.
