Lilly is currently the nanny for our 3 boys... and we don't want her to leave! She is an exceptional caretaker. Lilly has been part of our family for 3 years. She started when our 3 boys were 1, 3 and 4. Lilly has been adept at their care across their lifespan. She creates a warm, loving and calm environment (which is saying a lot when watching 3 boys!). She is never late, is amazingly reliable and always safe (especially during the height of the pandemic). Lilly prioritized our family needs: she helped with groceries and light cleaning, only ever took one sick day (and that's because we made her rest) and would offer to go above and beyond when she saw that we needed extra help. Lilly is very dedicated to her work and our children absolutely love her. If I were you, I'd hire Lilly right away. She won't be available for too long. Otherwise we would have hoped to work with her until our boys went to college :) Scoop her up as fast as you can.
