About Aline

Hi! I'm Aline Novaes, a passionate childcare professional with extensive hands-on experience and formal training in early childhood development. I have cared for multiple children over the years, from infants as young as 5 months old to preschool-aged children, focusing on their emotional, social, and cognitive growth. I am an active participant in Érika Komisar's Attachment Circles, applying evidence-based strategies for secure attachment and co-regulation in daily caregiving. I also have experience teaching to children aged 0-5 and hold a Bachelor's degree in Languages (Letras), recognized by WES in the USA.
