About Alina

Hi! My name is Alina R. and I am graduating from Auburn University in December with a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science. I plan to move down to Baldwin county after graduation and start my masters program in counseling online. I would love to find an opportunity being a full time nanny and growing a relationship with your kiddo and pouring so much love and care into them! My experiences as a longtime nanny, children's ministry intern, and volunteer have shaped my desire to obtain a job educating and working with children. I have always loved working with children, and I am motivated by creating environments where they feel safe, understood, and loved. Through roles in childcare, teaching support, and community service, I have gained meaningful experience with children of diverse ages, abilities, and needs. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to stay calm and supportive during challenging moments.
