Alina took care of our daughter twice a week for 10 hours a day from the time their daughter was about 3 months old to 6 months old (when she started daycare). I cannot recommend Alina enough! She did such a wonderful job! She is dependable, was on time or early everyday, was flexible with her schedule and most importantly our daughter loves her! As first time parents we were so nervous to leave our baby with anyone but Alina was so good with our daughter. She is good at practicing developmental skills such as tummy time, working on eating solids, helping develop a regular napping schedule etc. She is excellent at following directions and sticking to our babies ever evolving routine. I definitely recommend hiring her!
