My review of Ala... Where to even begin? As you know, the aides who have nursing home experience are the best aides. They've seen it ALL, and they know how to deal with it all, with ease, and without drama. Of course, Ala was expert at dispensing meds, keeping my Mom and her home IMMACULATE, lovingly preparing nutritious and varied meals, and her knowledge of geriatric care was second to none.... But I haven't spoken of Ala's heart. Ala has a heart of GOLD, and she was worth her WEIGHT in gold. She always went over and above to make my Mom, other aides, our family, and pretty much anyone she encountered happy, and she became a calming pillar of wisdom to us ALL. Do you want to make this difficult aging parent situation easier? You cannot go wrong with this absolute TREASURE of a human being. I love you, Dear Ala, and I wouldn't have made it through my Mom's care without you!!
