I've been a childcare provider for a year now, and it's a job that I absolutely love. I am drawn to the field because of the profound impact I can have on children's lives. My calm, patient, and creative approach allows me to effectively engage children and support their development. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day and promptly address any issues that may arise. I also respect and adhere to the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am confident and consistent in my approach. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations for children, while also being understanding and empathetic. My passion for child development extends to the activities I enjoy doing with children. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and cognitive development.
