About Ali

With 10 years of classroom teaching experience, a background developing programs for struggling students, and the perspective I bring as a mother and integrative healing practitioner, I offer a calm, encouraging, and highly personalized approach to tutoring. Helping students recognize their unique potential and develop skills for lifelong success is at the heart of my work. I adapt to different learning styles, strengths, and challenges while creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their ability to improve. Whether you are preparing for an exam, strengthening your reading and writing, refining an essay, or developing more effective study habits, we will find an approach that works for you. I also communicate and collaborate well with parents when appropriate. I love witnessing the aha! moment when something finally clicks and look forward to helping you-or your student-grow, succeed, and genuinely enjoy learning.
